Jim Kelly, Sales Agent Jim is a full-time resident of San Jose del Cabo and owned property in Baja since 1994. A self-made man, Jim retired at the age of 43, after 20 years in the Petroleum equipment industry in the U.S. Thereafter Jim pursued many different real estate investments throughout Mexico, San Diego, CA, and Phoenix, AZ, including the development and sale of two housing tracts in the San Diego area. Jim has been very blessed with the knowledge he has gained through years of property acquisition. He is intimately familiar with the real estate process in Mexico, and can arm any potential property owner with the wealth of knowledge he has to offer on the suject. Jim is also a licensed contractor in the state of California, a hazardous materials specialist, and has an extensive background in construction management.
