Julie Ouellet, Broker/Owner Julie moved to Cabo San Lucas with her daughter, Camille, from Montreal, Quebec, Canada in 2004. She spent four years in Montreal in the Real Estate Industry prior to her move to Los Cabos. Julie is a licensed Realtor and a Licenced Broker in the Province of Quebec and she speaks English and French.
She entered the Los Cabos Real Estate Industry in 2004 and has realized outstanding success, with over 50 Sales Ends earned in her first two years.
Julie joined RE/MAX Cabo San Lucas as the Broker of their new RE/MAX franchise in Cabo San Lucas in March 2007. She enjoyed her Responsibilities as Broker, combined with her continued successes in working with her clients. She has now moved on and Started her own Brokerage, Los Cabos Investments.

| Jim Kelly, Owner Jim is a full-time resident of San Jose del Cabo and has owned property in Baja since 1994. A self-made man, Jim retired at the age of 43, after 20 years in the Petroleum equipment industry in the U.S. Thereafter, Jim pursued many different real estate investments throughout Mexico, San Diego, CA, and Phoenix, AZ, including the development and sale of two housing tracts in the San Diego area. Jim has been very blessed with the knowledge he has gained through years of property acquisition. He is intimately familiar with the real estate process in Mexico, and can arm any potential property owner with the wealth of knowledge he has to offer on the subject. Jim is also a licensed contractor in the state of California, a hazardous materials specialist, and has an extensive background in construction management. Jim’s true passion though, has always been real estate. Jim has bought and sold several properties throughout Mexico, in the areas of Cabo, La Paz, Cerritos Beach, and Northern Baja.
